  • Ron (Dean; Academic Development)

    Ron graduated from the Masters Program at the University of Western Ontario in Canada in 1979. He held senior management positions at several North American educational publishing companies from 1979 to 2005 in Publishing Operations, Marketing and Sales and New Business Development. During his years in publishing, Ron served as President of the Canadian Book Publishers Council and acted as a representative for the Canadian Government at OECD Seminars on Electronic Educational Publishing. He first came to China in 2004 to develop partnerships with Chinese Educational interests, including Qinghua University. In 2005, he joined Delter as a Business teacher and became the Director of Education at Delter¡¯s Liuzhou campus. Ron came to Shanghai in 2009 to head up Delter¡¯s new PMP program and assumed his current responsibilities at the beginning of 2010.

  • Mr. Le Gro (Dean; Academic Operations)

    Mr. Le Gro is the Director of Education at the Shanghai Telfort campus. He is from Los Angels, California USA. He is still an active lawyer in California were he practices business and immigration law. He also has over 25 years in business, having worked in management for AT&T, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph and Atlantic City Games, Inc. in the US. At AT&T he worked at the Regional Manager for Professional Development and training and was the President of Atlantic City Games in Southern California. He has a BA Degree in Economics from California State University at Pomona, a JD degree form the University of La Verne and an Advanced Diploma in English Law from the London School of Economics.

  • Mr. Al Toumert (Associate Dean: Operations & Development)

    Mr. Al Toumert (Tom) is the Education Director at the Beijing Telfort campus. Before joining Delter, Tom was a member of the Swiss Hotel School Cesar Ritz Service faculty and held various positions in the field of Training and management in the hotel industry.Tom holds a Masters in Human Resources Management, a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and an Associate Law Degree.In addition, he also holds various National and International certifications, including Import/Export certified trainer from the China Foreign Expert Bureau and a Sales and Marketing certified trainer from SMEI (US)£®

  • Robbie L Carlisle (Director of Education)

    Mr. Robert L. Carlisle is the Director of Education at the Nanjing Delter campus. Robbie was born in Gainesville Florida USA on Oct 27, 1972 and has been working in Asia for more than 10 years. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Robbie worked for the United States government at a state level until 2001. In 2002 he moved into the area of ESL joining SYKES Enterprises Asia. He was an English Communications Officer, focusing on ¡°Account Specific¡± Business English and developing English Programs for accounts such as MSN, MS Business Solutions, Pitney Bowes and X-box. In 2005, he joined Delter International Business Institute China and in 2006 became the Educational Director in Nanjing.
